Are you a fan of Formula 1? You can watch the races via Ziggo, but also via the F1 TV app. From now on it is also possible to stream Formula 1 with a Chromecast to your television. That is how it works.

Will Max Verstappen finally take the championship or will it be Lewis Hamilton again? It promises to be an exciting season in Formula 1. If you have a Pro subscription, you can watch all training and races live via the F1 TV app. From now on it is also possible to stream the matches with a Chromecast to your television. You choose which camera feed you want to view. This is how it works:
- Open the F1 TV app on your smartphone or tablet;
- Choose which images you want to view;
- Click on the Casting icon at the top right to send the images to your television;
- After a few seconds, the image will appear on your TV.
The quality of the streams in the F1 TV app has also been improved. From now on you can watch in 1080p resolution with a maximum of 50 frames per second. Previously this was only 25 fps. Official apps should also be available later this year
