The Galaxy Note 20 series phones have been launched around the world one after another. The US website PCWorld found the locally sold version. In addition to the phone itself, only the charger, the charging cable and the metal pin used to replace the SIM card are included in the package. They were not included with AKG USB-C in-ear headphones, after verification, Samsung confirmed that something really did happen.
Samsung told PCWorld that if consumers need wired headsets, they only need to contact the customer service department and submit a proof of purchase to receive a pair for free. This arrangement applies to the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra sold in the North American market. Samsung said that this move is related to user habits. They found that fewer and fewer users use wired headsets, and they’ve all switched to Bluetooth headsets. Therefore, they think there is no need to continue with the package, but they are happy to provide them to customers in need.
