In November last year we told you about Heck Deck. We mentioned, all that time ago, that the game was set to land on the Play Store in January. And we were right, because it’s going to go live for Android tomorrow.
The game is an intriguing mix of a bullet hell shooter and a deck-building card game. The cards control what you do, but adding new ones cost health points. You can probably tell it started out as a game jam project.
It all creates an interesting melange of strategy and dexterity, and you can buy and sell cards to add new spells and moves to your arsenal. Hey, shall we watch a trailer? Yeah, let’s do that.
On top of all the engaging gameplay, there’s a cute hand-drawn art style, some awesome music and a whole load of other twists. You’ve got five levels to fight through, each with its own unique style.
Heck Deck is going to be a premium game when it launches tomorrow, and it’ll set you back $2.99. You’ve still got time to pre-register on the Play Store, and you can do that by clicking here.
If you want more info on the game, smash a click here and check out its official website why don’tcha?
